The Regulatory Launch Map

A cosmetic regulatory launch checklist for knowing which decisions change when the market, retailer or claim changes.

1. Map where the product will be sold

2. Map what is inside

Every raw-material blend has a full subcomponent breakdown. Ingredient restrictions, maximum levels and conditions of use have been reviewed. Fragrance allergens, colourants, preservatives and UV filters have been checked where relevant. Supplier documents match the material and production lot being used.

3. Map the label and claims

Required identity, net contents, warnings, directions and responsible-party details are assigned. The final INCI order reflects the final formula and supplied blends. Every key claim has a named evidence source or test route. Claims that could change the regulatory category have been flagged.
