The Sample Round Scorecard
Compare prototypes without relying on memory, mood or a desk full of mystery jars.
How to evaluate a sample without losing the plot
Use one scorecard per coded sample. Test the intended amount in the intended routine, under conditions you can describe. Compare samples on the same day when possible, then write one decision before discussing another round.
“I do not like it” is valid, but it is not yet actionable. The timeline below helps you locate the problem: pick-up, spread, break, absorption, tack, finish or the way it behaves with the next product.
