What the founder wanted

A natural body-care range had strong products, but every SKU was telling essentially the same moisturising story.

How it was built

I led an evidence and product-positioning audit across the existing range. The work assigned each SKU a distinct consumer job, built a category thesis, rewrote use rituals and outcome language, mapped cross-sells and proposed a more ownable flagship.

What was included

  • Existing range and formula audit
  • Evidence and consumer-perception research
  • Distinct SKU roles and use rituals
  • Repositioning, cross-sell and hero-product direction

What it unlocked

A one-note ingredient story became a navigable product ladder that was easier for the customer to shop and stronger for the brand to defend.
