What the founder wanted
A pre-wash, shampoo and leave-on serum needed to work as one growth-support ritual, with each product earning a distinct place in the routine.
How it was built
I developed all three products from scratch, gave each one a different job and built the shared ingredient story across the routine. Formula, method, quality checks, suppliers, pilot and scale costs, claims and a 12-week consumer study were planned together.
What was included
- Formula direction for all three products
- Phase order and manufacturing instructions
- Suppliers, MOQs and live unit-cost dashboard
- Claims support and consumer-study questions
What it unlocked
One working development system joined chemistry, cost and marketing so a decision in one SKU could not quietly weaken another.
